For returns and exchange

We are happy to assist and manage all of your return and/or exchange requests!

Our exchange policy is valid for 2 days from the date of receipt of the product and only applies if the product is new, in resaleable condition, consumable components and accessories still sealed with packaging and all packing materials. Based on this, the product will be exchanged for its value within two days

There is no return, but the products purchased through the website can be exchanged by hand pickup or by direct delivery

Please ensure that the returned product(s) is accompanied by an order confirmation and a copy of the delivery notice, with all accessories and free gifts.

If the customer loses his bill within the two days, he can request a copy from our after sales service team or call us at , and a copy of the invoice will be sent to him via e-mail.
